6. You understand that the reader cannot predict or guarantee the outcome of any situation.

7. You must not rely on the tarot reading as a substitute for legal or medical advice.

8. You must not use the tarot reading to make decisions that could affect your health, finances, or legal status.

9. You must assume all responsibility for any decisions made as a result of the tarot reading.

10. You must not record or share any part of the tarot reading without the reader's express permission.

11. You must not use any derogatory, threatening, or offensive language during the tarot reading.

12. You must not harass or abuse the reader in any way.

13. You must not use the tarot reading to defame, abuse, or harm any person or entity.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from The Baked Witch! We strive to provide you with high-quality products that you will love.

Please note that we do not accept returns on any of our products.

However, we understand that occasionally items may arrive damaged. In such instances, we are happy to offer an exchange or send a new product under the following conditions:

  • Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the product and its packaging.

  • Reporting Timeframe: The damage must be reported to us via email at thebakedwitch333@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the email subject line.

  • Assessment: Once we receive your email and the photographic evidence, I will review the information. We reserve the right to determine if the damage warrants an exchange or a new product shipment.

If your claim is approved:

  • We will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • In some cases, we may request that you dispose of the damaged item; specific instructions will be provided if this is necessary.

Please understand that this policy applies only to products damaged during shipping. We do not offer exchanges or replacements for reasons such as personal preference, incorrect ordering, or damage caused by the customer after delivery.
